Formalize Acquires Whistle.law to further strengthen its position in the whistleblowing and compliance space

Formalize, one of the leading European provider of whistleblower and compliance solutions, today announced the acquisition of the German whistleblower platform Whistle.law, to accelerate its growth strategy and solidify its position as the market leader across Europe.

With this acquisition, Formalize strengthens its presence in Germany and welcomes hundreds of new customers to Whistleblower Software by Formalize, a best-in-class whistleblower solution.

The Whistle.law platform will continue to operate as usual during the transition period. All customers will receive direct instructions on how to transition from Whistle.law to Whistleblower Software by Formalize.

All newly onboarded customers will experience a smooth transition with dedicated, local support, ensuring continuity and an even stronger product experience. Once done Whistle.law will be phased out.
